Housed in a rugged NEMA 4X enclosure, the panel is suitable for outdoor use and harsh, high-corrosion environments.
The system features a single input power connection with a main disconnect, providing centralized power control and simplified site wiring. A panel-mounted emergency stop pushbutton, supervised by a dedicated safety relay, ensures rapid and reliable shutdown of dispensing operations when required.
Dispenser handle (hook) inputs are optically isolated, eliminating electrical feedback between dispensers and control circuits. The panel provides dedicated control and protection circuits for each major system function, including dispenser control, pump starter operation, tank level monitoring, and fire suppression interfaces. An integrated electric anti-siphon solenoid valve control helps prevent unauthorized fuel flow and enhances system security.

With standard GeoDry & FureFuels filters, fuel is cleaned to 1 micron and the water is removed to SAE J1488_2010 & ISO 4406 12/9/6 in a single pass. SAE J1488_2010 & ISO 4406 12/9/6 results are required for most generator manufacturers to maintain warranty. Most other fuel polishing systems available by our competitors only will clean fuel to 5-30 microns making the generator inline filters do the rest of the cleaning. We clean to 1 micron to ensure the inline filters to the generator stay clean allowing the generator to keep running.
